Transsion Manufacturing would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Transsion Manufacturing Plc, a company which was established by merging Weiguo Yu, assembler of Tecno mobile phones and Junjie Lui, manufacturer of accessories, has factory inside the Ethio ICT village, located around Bole Lemi Industrial Park.

The factory lies on a total area of 25ha and will bring together all of its ICT-related brands, namely Tecno, Itel, Infinix, Carlcare and Afmobi. Currently, the company has a factory for its home appliance brand Synix, which currently resides in Alemgena town where Tecno mobiles are assembled.

Position: Sales Promoter

Qualifications and Professional Requirements

• Minimum of high school education or TVET graduate
• Experience: 0 to 1 year
• Energetic, proactive, and well-presented
• Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
• Passion for the mobile phone industry
• Strong customer service and sales orientation
• Commitment to company policies and standards.

We are seeking energetic and motivated Sales Promoters to join our team. The role involves promoting mobile phone products, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Collect, summarize, and report data from retailers and wholesalers.
• Enhancing product availability in market areas (ensuring and monitoring that retail stores hold the products).
• Develop new markets and increasing the number of customers.
• Monitoring competitors’ activities and reporting them promptly.
• Achieving high results by accelerating mobile/phone sales goals in assigned retail stores and areas.
• Collaborate with the team on various sales promotion activities.
• Investigate, analyze, and report competitors’ activities promptly.

Location: Addis Ababa
