Position 1: – Senior Lead Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Abel to design, develop, upgrade, test, and monitor electrical components and machinery
  • Review electrical design plans and analyze existing electrical systems
  • Responsible for professional electrical engineering work in connection with the design, construction and inspection of electrical facilities and installations.
  • Responsible for  project management, team coordination, and technical leadership
  • Maintenance of electrical installation, New machine installation of electrical connection
  • Work on design and documentation as well as work on expansion projects

Job Requirements:

Education: Bsc.in Electrical Engineering from well known University

Experience: Three and above years on direct related work on electrical and power system

Position 2: Sales Capability Manager (Training Manager)

The Sales Capability Manager is responsible for training of all sales promoters and supervisors and also for all sales and marketing individuals in the BU.

  • Identifying the training need for Promoters, sales Representatives and Retail s supervisors.
  • Based on the need preparing training manuals and materials.
  • Provide training to sales promoters and supervisors.
  • Follow-up the day to day activities of sales promoters and supervisors and other sales and marketing teams to support them
  • Prepare performance evaluation criteria and implement it to sales promoters and supervisors.

Position 3: – Network Administrator

Job Summary

Responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, installing, and supporting a company’s computer Network Administration systems. Design and install LANs, WANs, Internet and intranet systems, and network segments.

Detail Responsibilities:

  • Install and support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
  • Install and maintain network hardware and software.
  • Analyze and isolate issues.
  • Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
  • Evaluate and modify system’s performance.
  • Identify user needs.
  • Determine network and system requirements.
  • Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
  • Ensure network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
  • Design and deploy networks.
  • Perform network address assignment.
  • Assign routing protocols and routing table configuration.
  • Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.
  • Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.

Education:-

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.

Work Experience:

At least three years relevant experience in an Information Technology environment.

Required Technical Competency:

  • Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
  • Knowledge of tools used to secure and test security of information system
  • IT Vulnerability management experience.
  • Solid knowledge of security standards, IT security regulatory and compliance regulations and standards.
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of IT risk assessment, risk procedures, security assessment, vulnerability management, penetration testing
  • Significant knowledge of complex ICT systems interfaces and impact.
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and other office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop BTL Marketing Strategies: Create and implement innovative BTL marketing strategies to effectively reach the target audience and achieve campaign objectives.

2. Campaign Management, Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of BTL marketing campaigns, including events, promotions, and activations.

3. Lead and motivate a team of BTL, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful implementation of BTL activities.

4. Budget Management: Manage the BTL marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that campaigns are executed within budgetary constraints.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

2 – 3 years of experience in BTL marketing, event management, or a related role.

Ensure that all BTL activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as brand standards, maintaining a high level of quality and integrity.

  • Proven experience in BTL marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaign management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
