Position 1: – Junior HR officer –Compensation & Benefits
Job Description:
- ·Maintains compensation databases and ensures employment records are properly maintained in the system
- ·Provides advice and guidance to HR Officers on the application of benefits and interpretation of applicable policies and procedures
- ·Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
- ·Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records
- ·Administer/manage performance evaluation system
- ·Facilitate fair and reasonable performance evaluation criteria
- ·Coding monthly performance on the performance summery sheet.
- ·Participates in payroll and benefits processing, ensuring that transactions are delivered to deadline and in accordance with regulations, policies and procedures
- ·Preparing pay slips for employees and delivered for all employees.
- ·Reviews payroll reports for accuracy and makes adjustments as necessary
- ·Serves as a point of contact for employees with payroll or benefits questions
- ·Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
Job Requirements
Education፡ BA degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- ·An excellent skill in English and Amharic (both oral and written) is mandatory.
- ·Attention to detail and accuracy regarding time and organizational management. Requires multi-tasking and extensive customer service skills, and the ability to handle stress in a fast paced working environment.
- ·Very good communication skill
- ·Ability to work on team basis

Responsibilities

Job Requirements
Education:- Bachelor Degree in Computer sciences/Information Technologies/Linguistics or other related fields.
Work Experience:- At least 2 years and more experience in software translation.
Required skill:
- Excellent in English and Af Somali languages (speaking, writing, reading, listening).
- Good understanding of Software testing cycles.
- Good skill in computer tools usage

Job Description:
- Managing each KOM shop sales goals and revenue objectives in the given area.
- Supervise the daily work of the KOM representative &sales promoter in the given outlet, including the late, leave early, grooming and performance.
- ·Monitor each and every activity and correct wrongdoings.
- Assist KOM representative &sales promoters, selling products; establishing and preserving good relationship with outlet owners, and timely collect the sales information;
- ·Responsible for the key outlet service that is in charge and give training for sales representatives and sale promoters.
- ·Execute marketing programs to help outlet, actively implementing promotional activities, and organize the promotion; follow up the execution of marketing programs, summarizing sales results.
- ·Helping KOM managers develop new Key Outlet within the area of responsibility, and follow and manage the new Key Outlet.

Position 4: Training & Development Specialist
Job Summary:
Ø The training and development Specialist will create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development programs for employees
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify training and development needs through surveys, interviews focus groups and communication with managers and instructors/trainers
- Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses of employee and recommend learning solutions.
- Develop unique training programs to fulfill workers specific needs to maintain or improve job skills
- Create and/or acquire training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials
- Present/ Communicate training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations and videos
- Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
- Collaborate with a trainer to assess, update, and revise training materials.
- Direct structured learning experiences and evaluate the program effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedback.
- Acclimate new hires (employees) to the company and conduct orientation sessions.
- Facilitate virtual classroom sessions
- Evaluate learner progress through academic assessments, hands on practice, and on-the-job training.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends in training and development
- Prepare and implement training budget: maintains records and reports of expenses
- Perform other related duties as required.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of training strategies and principles, including adult learning theory, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development
- Training room management skills including organization, time management, recognizing learner accomplishments, and correcting inappropriate behavior.
- Emotional intelligence: The ability to perceive the emotional state of individuals and groups; the ability to modify one’s own verbal and non-verbal mannerisms to engage and build trust.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods: proficiency with virtual training room software such as Zoom, Microsoft applications such PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Strong presentation skill
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and management related fields.
- Preferable with training experience
