Job Title 1: Human Resource Management Trainee

Qualifications: Bsc in Human Resource Management, Management, Leadership, Business Administration or related field of discipline.

• Year of Graduation: 2020 – 2022

• CGPA: 3 and above

Experience: 0 Year / Experience not Required

Job Title 2: Customer Service Officer

Qualifications: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of two years’ of experience as Junior Customer Service Officer.

Qualifications: A minimum of BA Degree in Management Information Science (MIS)

Job Title 4: Senior Customer Service Officer

Qualifications: A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of four years of experience with at least 2-years’ service as Customer Service Officer

Banking experience will be advantageous

Job Title 5: Senior System Administrator

Qualifications: A minimum of BSc Degree holder in Computer Science, IT, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or/and Computer Engineering or related field of discipline.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 4/3 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of service as a system administrator or System Engineer/ Certification in AIX/Linux/Oracle Database fundamentals.

• Banking Experience will be advantageous

Additional Requirements

Highly advantageous if the candidate has worked and has experience in areas such as Middleware solutions, Web Servers, Application Servers, Window Servers, Exchange Servers, Share Points
Job Title 6: Human Resource Operation Division Manager

Qualifications: A minimum of BA/BSc preferably MA/MBA/MSc degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Human Resource Management, Management, Leadership, Business Administration or related field of discipline.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience with at least four years of service at the supervisory or managerial level out of which at least 2 years in Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development areas.

Job Title 7: Senior IT System Security Officer

Qualifications: A minimum of BSc Degree holder in Computer Science, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related fields of discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of 4/3 years of experience with at least two years of security officer/Certifications such as CCNP security, CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CRISC.

Banking Experience will be advantageous
Additional Requirement:

Job Title 8: Senior Network Engineer

Qualifications: A Minimum of BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Engineering or related field od discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of 4/3 years of relevant experience with at least two years of service as Network Officer/Certification In CISCO Professional level certification in Routing and Switching, Security, Datacenter, Wireless, Collaboration Design.

Job Title 9: Principal IT System Security Officer

Qualifications: A minimum of BSc Degree holder in Computer Science, IT, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or/and Computer Engineering or related fields of discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of 6/4 years of relevant experience with at least two years of service as Senior IT System Security Officer/Certifications on CCNP Security, CISSP, CCSP, CISM, CRISC

Banking Experience will be advantageous
Additional Requirement:

Familiarization with NiST, ISO2700x, COBIT and/or other security standards

Job Title 10: Principal Network Architect

Qualifications: A minimum of BSc Degree holder in Computer Science, IT, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or/and Computer Engineering or related fields of discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of 6/4 years of work experience with at least two years of service as Senior System administration or officer/certification in VMware, AIX/Linux Professional

Banking Experience will be advantageous

Job Title 11: Principal Database Officer

Qualifications: A minimum of BSc Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related fields of discipline.

Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience with at least two years of service as a Senior Database Officer.

Banking Experience will be advantageous
Additional Requirement:

Extensive knowledge of Temenos T24 core banking platform
Extensive knowledge using relational and NoSQL Databases,
Hands-on Analytical and Technical Skills in Temenos Analytics, SQL scripting and Report Development and
Technical knowledge of the below areas in Temenos Analytics

Job Title 12: Learning & Development Division Manager

Qualifications: A minimum of BA/BSC preferably MA/MBA/MSC degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Human Resource Management, Management, Leadership, Business Administration or related field of discipline

Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience with at least four-years’ service at supervisory or managerial level of which at least 2 years in Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development areas.

Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
