Tsehay Bank S.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following positions.

Position 1: Principal Learning and Development Officer

Required qualification:

A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of discipline from recognized higher learning institution

Work Experience:  A minimum of 6 years of HR experience out of which, two years as Senior Learning and Development Officer or equivalent in one of the learning and development functions

Additional Requirement:

  • Proven experience in Learning and Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Career Management
  • In-depth knowledge of Learning and Development theories, methodologies and best practice
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs and performance management system

Position 2: Senior Learning and Development Officer

Required qualification:

A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of discipline from recognized higher learning institution

Work Experience:

Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Learning and Development Officer or equivalent in one of the learning and development functions  

Additional Requirements:

Proven experience in Learning and Development, Training facilitation or related roles

Knowledge of Learning and Development principles and training delivery methodologies

Proven experience in evaluating Learning and Development program effectiveness through data analysis, feedback collection and reporting

Position 3: Learning and Development Officer

Required qualification:

A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of discipline from recognized higher learning institution

Work Experience:

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Junior Learning and Development Officer or equivalent in one of the learning and development functions

Additional Requirements:

Experience in Learning and Development, Training Coordination or related roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment

Position 4: Senior Human Resource Management Officer

Required qualification:

A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields of discipline from recognized higher learning institution

Work Experience:

Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Human Resource Management Officer

Additional Requirements:

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, compliance regulations and employment laws and regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Position 5: Accounts & Reconciliation Officer

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance or related field of discipline

Work Experience:

Must have a minimum of 2 years’ of experience as Junior Accounts & Reconciliation Officer /Junior Accountant/ Junior Financial Reporting Officer

Position 6: Financial Reporting Officer

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance or related field of discipline

Work Experience:

Must have a minimum of 2 years’ of experience as Junior Financial Reporting Officer or Junior Accountant

Additional Requirements:

Proven experience in Financial Reporting is mandatory
