It commenced operations with an authorized capital of Birr 2.8 Billion and a paid-up capital of Birr 734 Million. The Bank’s paid-up capital has reached Birr 1.16 Billion and raised its subscribed capital to Birr 5 Billion.
The Bank’s branch networks have reached 84+ as of December 2023.
The Bank’s tagline is Tsehay Bank, For All! It aspires to serve all like the sun does and aims to become one of the best private banks in East Africa in the near future.
The Bank was established following the Shareholders’ General Assembly on February 18, 2021. The Bank’s official inauguration took place on July 23, 2022, which also heralded the commencement of operations in the presence of His Excellency Dr Yinager Dessie, Governor of the National Bank of Ethiopia. The bank starts operations with 30 branches in the metropolis and other major cities and towns across the country. By the end of 2022/23FY, the number of branches is expected to reach 100.

Position 1: Principal Card Banking Technology Officer
Job Requirement
Qualification: A Minimum of BSC degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field of discipline
Experience: Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience with at least 2 years’ service as Senior Card Banking Technology Officer
Place of Work: Head Office
Deadline: February 16, 2024
