The company is registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia under proclamation No.86/1994 and license No.017/12. To get public trust at the initial stage, TISc commenced its operation with a subscribed capital of Birr 45 million and paid up capital of Birr 11.5 million which was then by far higher than the minimum limit of Birr 3 million, having three branches in the city of Addis Ababa.
