Position 1: – Accountant

Duties & Responsibility

The accountant will support general accounting process of the company such as, daily financial transactions and reporting, reconciliation of cash collection, facilitates payables, receivables, manages and effect payroll and tax.

Job Requirement

Qualification

Degree in Accounting and 6 years experience in Construction and import companies experience.

Position 2: – Architect

Duties & Responsibility

 Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.

Familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and present ideas.

  Ability to work under the guidance of senior architects while demonstrating initiative and creativity.

 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  Portfolio showcasing previous architectural work and design concepts.

Job Requirement

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. 1-2 years of professional experience in an architectural firm or related role (internship experience is considered).

 Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite

Position 3: – Store Keeper

Duties & Responsibility

Ensure the management of inventories: control of the rotation of goods, verification of their availability, procurement from suppliers, tidying, cleaning, inventory.\

Keep a record of sales and restock.

Maintain an automated supply inventory database.

Replenish supply inventories following established guidelines.

Job Requirement

Qualification

Degree /Diploma/ Management, Supply management and other related fields. 3(5) years experience and 3 years as a storekeeper

Position 4: – Senior IT Expert

Duties & Responsibility:

System Management: Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance.

Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues efficiently.

Security Oversight: Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive data and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations.

Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for internal communications, marketing materials, presentations, and social media platforms using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Job Requirement

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Adobe Certified Expert) are advantageous.    A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role is typically required, with some experience in graphic design preferred.

Duties & Responsibility:

The general manager provides the leadership, management & vision to ensure the company have operational control, administrational & reporting procedures.

Oversee the overall activities of the water works & building construction projects.

The general manager has overall supervisory responsibility for all active projects operations.

Job Requirement

Qualification:

Bsc/Msc/ and above in Civil engineering, Cotm, or any other related fields. 15 Years and above work experience, out of which 8 years as a construction manager in well-known Grade 1 Construction Company.

Position 6: – Senior Secretary

Duties & Responsibility

. Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Ensure timely responses and follow-ups.

Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other documents. Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring action items are followed up on.

Job Requirement

Qualification

A minimum of a diploma or degree in secretarial science, business administration or office management. Several years of relevant experience in administrative or secretarial roles, often ranging from 3 to 5 years for senior positions.

Position 7: – Project Accountant & Admin

Duties & Responsibility:

Process payments to vendors/relevant stockholders & beneficiaries in a timely manner while ensuring appropriate documentation.

Submit all financial document ensuring relevant & complete documentation to head office.

Insure all income taxes, withholds taxes & other taxes are withhold accordingly.

Job Requirement

Qualification:

Degree in Accounting and 4 years experience in Construction and import companies experience.
