Educational Qualification: Diploma in any field (preferred in business and related)

Position 2: Customer Service Officer
Educational Qualification: BA Degree in business fields.
Work experience: Minimum 06 years relevant experience in Business organization.

Computer Skill
Position 3: Accountant
Educational qualification: BA Degree in Accounting
Work experience: Minimum 03 years relevant experience in Business organization
Required skills:
Knowledge of Accounting Practices
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Enough Knowledge in Accounting software
Position 4: Underwriting Officer II
Educational qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Statistics or related fields
Work experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in insurance company.
Required skills:
Has good Customer service & Communication skill
Good knowledge of how to underwrite
good Knowledge of Insurance Business
Computer skill,
Position 5: Underwriting Senior Officer
Educational qualification: BA Degree in Economics, Statistics or related fields
Work experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in insurance company
Required skills:
Good Customer service & Communication skill
Computer skill
Enough knowledge of how to underwrite all class of business & give advice’s
Position 6: Senior Accountant
Educational qualification: BA Degree in Accounting
Work experience: Minimum 05 years relevant experience in Business organization
Required skills:
Enough Knowledge of Accounting Practices
Enough Knowledge in Accounting software – Advanced Excel and financial Modeling skill
Experience in the insurance, financial Services, or brokerage sector is highly desirable.
Position 7: Finance Manager
Educational qualification: BA Degree in Accounting
Work experience: Minimum 06 years relevant experience in Business organization
Required skills:
Enough Knowledge of Preparation of Financial Reports, Financial Analysis and Reconciliation of Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable.
Enough Knowledge of Posting journal entries, Updating financial Statements, maintaining accounts Receivable and accounts payable, paying monthly payroll, and preparing financial reports.
Strong Knowledge of Ethiopian Tax laws, NBE Regulations, and financial compliance requirements.
Position 8: Assistant Underwriting Manager
Educational qualification: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Marketing or related fields -Considerable Knowledge of Insurance Business
Work experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in insurance company

Enough knowledge of how to underwrite all class of business & give advices
good communication and customer service skill
good staff Management & leadership skill
good computer skill & Insurance software
Position 9: Assistant Claim Manager
Educational qualification: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Marketing or related fields -Considerable Knowledge of Insurance Business
Work experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in insurance company.
Required skills:
Knowledge of company claims policies, procedures and claim Investigation Techniques
Ability to Verify appropriateness of payment request
Analytical and Investigation skill
Ability to Direct and coordinate diverse Tasks
