Position: Sales Traniee
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Graduated within the last 0-1 years.
- Minimum CGPA of 2.75 and above.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and build a career in sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsible
- Participate in structured training programs to develop sales and commercial competencies.
- Assist the sales team in executing sales plans and achieving business objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits to gain insights into customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, and report sales and market data.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and support the resolution of customer concerns.
