Position 1:Safety Lead
Required Education/Experience and Key Skills
BA/BSc Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of progressive experience in workplace safety, preferably within manufacturing or industrial settings.
Demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years) in implementing safety systems and practices in multinational and compliance-driven environments.
Strong skills in risk assessment, hazard identification, and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
Ability to design and deliver effective safety training modules across various operational levels.
Proven ability to engage cross-functional teams and drive a strong safety culture.
Proactive, energetic, and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
