The U.S. Mission in Addis Ababa/Ethiopia is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of Administrative Assistant (GSO) – All Interested Applicants/All Sources.

USA Embassy Addis Ababa would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Administrative Assistant (GSO)

Requirements:

All selected candidates will be subject to a background investigation and may be subject to a pre-employment medical exam.

Selected candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (4 weeks) upon receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.

Education Requirements:

Two years of college/university studies is required.

Work Experience:

A minimum of three years of experience in an office setting with full range of Administrative Assistant or Office Management/Secretary duties and responsibilities is required.
