USAID/Ethiopia wants to recruit employees in the following vacant position.
Job title: USAID Development Program Specialist (Budget)
The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID/Ethiopia), is seeking offers from qualified persons to provide personal services under contract as described in the attached solicitation for the position of USAID Development Program Specialist (Budget)- Solicitation number 72066322R10012.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related degree in the field of development.
Prior Work Experience: 7(Seven) years of progressively responsible prior experience in program planning, budgeting, management, and analysis and interpretation of data and presentation of findings in written and oral forms, of which 3(three) years within a large international organization.
Language: Fluency in written and oral English (Level IV) and Amharic.
Salary Range: $27,642 – $49,770 yearly i.e., equivalent to FSN – 12. In accordance with AIDAR Appendix J and the Local Compensation Plan of USAID/Ethiopia. Final compensation will be negotiated within the listed market value.
Salary will be paid in local currency at the exchange rate in effect when the payroll is processed.
