Job Title 1: Marketing Analyst
Gathering, Cleaning, and sorting data through methods like surveys or website analysis.
Reviewing marketing campaign results ( like revenue increase, reach, or engagement ) to improve campaigns.
Using tools to understand current customer and find new ones
BA degree in marketing & sales 5+ years experience
Detail oriented, creative, problem solving capabilities, innovative and organized.
Job Title 2: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidate
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field 3+ year experience focused on talent acquisition and training and development.
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Job Title 3: Leasing Officer
Examining Properties and informing maintenance staff of issues liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns.
Accepting rent payments, secure deposits
BA in Administration management 2+ years related experience
Detail oriented adaptable excellent
Job Title 4: Procurement Officer
Evaluate suppliers and productscollect proformas, create price analysiscreate and maintain suppliers lists maintain
Good supplier relations
BA in purchasing and procurement management 2+ years experience interested in procurement organizing skill
Proficient in Microsoft
Job Title 5: Property Administration & General Service
Manage maintenance and security crew communicate with tenants, address concerns, and collection of payment and property rent contact management and follow up.
Ensure building is up to standard.
BSC/ Diploma in Administration and management. 2+ years experience directly managing buildings.
Detail-oriented and adaptable innovative
Job Title 6: Site Engineer
Laisse with site teams to collect new pointes efficiently and ensure work is done safely with quality and correctly.
Apply project management skills day to day activity report.
Prepare payment certificate and approve timesheet.
BSC degree in Civil & Mechanical engineering 5+ years in foundation construction Auto CAD, Excel, word
Skillable to prepare cost estimation by reading designs and field tests.
Good communication and problem solving skills.
Job Title 7: Office Engineer
Fill out tenders to find new projects.
Tracking document and manage project issues and conditions.
Oversee and review daily filed report
Check payment certificatetrack costs,
Prepare monthly report.
BSC civil engineering.5+ years experience in foundation construction. able to work wit minimal supervision
Excellent communication skill
Excellent knowledge about construction machineries.
Job Title 8: Cashier
Prepare cheque with no error.
Tracking petty cash Transaction and cash payments.
Prepare withholding slips
Prepare invoices and daily bank balance report.
Diploma in accounting
one plus (1+) year experience as a cashier.

Manage and Analyze Budgets
Tracking and follow up on tax paymentday to day record rental payment follow up bank reconciliationchecking payment
Proven work experience as an Accountant 2+ year

Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
