Position 1: Customer Service Officer II
Required Education Level: BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or in related fields.
Minimum Work Experience: 1(one) year relevant experience in Bank Operation.
- Basic Computer Application Skills
- Good Communication skills
- Industry Specific skills (Product and Service)
- Good emotional Intelligence.
Position 2: Senior Officer – Network Security
Required Minimum Educational Qualification: B.SC in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Computer/Software Engineering or in other related fields.
Minimum Work Experience: 4(four) years of relevant work experience of which 2(two) years as an Officer or in equivalent position.
- Knowledge of network security assessment and analysis
- Certifications on CCNA security, Network+, IT Risk Assessment
- Ethical Hacking etc.
Position 3: Director – Interest Free Banking
Required Minimum Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Retail Banking Management, Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related fields.
Minimum Work Experience: 8(Eight) years of relevant experience of which 4(four) years as Division Manager.
