Position 1:SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Requirement
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: BSc. Degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical engineering, Marketing or related field from a recognized university with a minimum of one years of experience possibly in relevant fields is mandatory. Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills are also essential. Additional Marketing management, Business management or related areas would be appreciated.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Presents, Promotes and sells Products & Services using solid, fact-based information to existing & prospective Customers.
Establish, develop & maintain a positive business & Customer relationship.
Generate new leads and develop existing Leads to increase Customer Count
Develop& submit a complete & accurate Customer Profile Cards on a regular basis to strengthen the Company’s Client Database.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets & other performance goals within a specified time-frame.
Assisting the Company’s Management by completing all assigned tasks effectively
To Implement various marketing & promotional programs that drive the performance of the Company’s Business Market segment.
To Provide accurate & detailed data and analytical reports to the Company’s Management
To enable sound decision-making as well as initiate Product Development.
PLACE OF WORK: Addis Ababa & neighboring cities in Ethiopia
SALARY: Negotiable plus commission
