VisionFund is currently operating in four of the Regional States of the country.
VisionFund MFI is currently looking for candidates for the following positions of The successful candidates will have skills and experience that meet the following requirements:
VisionFund Micro-Finance would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
Qualification and Technical Skill Required
A minimum of TVET Diploma (10+3, or Level III, IV), College Diploma or BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Marketing, Economics, Cooperatives, related fields
Minimum of one year and above experience, preferably from Micro Finance or Bank.
Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team
Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitude
Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization Ideals and Core Values
Good knowledge in economic and financial topics
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Computer literacy is desirable
local language knowledge,
Place of Work: For Branch Offices in Addis Ababa
Position 2: Branch Accountant I
Qualification and Technical Skill Required:
Bachelor degree or Diploma in Accounting is required
Chartered accountant is an added advantage.
Basic Computer training certificate is mandatory
2 years of experience for Bachelor Degree or 4 years’ experience for Diploma in related positions, preferably from Micro Finance or Bank.
Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team
Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of integrity
Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization Ideals and Core Values
Be proficient in Microsoft office, Sun systems and excellent use of Excel spreadsheets
Highly developed sense of reliability and accuracy
Be a good trainer, facilitator, mentor, and coach
Very good communication skills
Place of Work: For Branch Offices in Addis Ababa.
Position 3: Branch Manager “D”
Qualification and Technical Skill Required:
University Degree/Diploma in Economics, Accounting, Business administration, Management, Banking, Marketing, Cooperative, Agricultural economics, Agriculture or related social sciences and business fields;
Related experience of 4 years for Degree and 6 years for Diploma
Determined personality with initiative, perseverance and the ability to motivate and manage a team
Capability and willingness to take responsibility and highly developed sense of rectitude
Ready to comply and live up to and in accordance with the organization Ideals and Core Values
Be proficient in Microsoft office applications
Able to plan and manage finances, including a basic understanding of accounting.
Be a good trainer, facilitator, mentor, and coach
Very good communication and marketing skills

Place of Work: New Branch Offices under Central East Regional Office, Sodo & arround, Under CN Regional Operation for Newly opened Branches at Addis Ababa area, Under North Regional Operation Office (Debre Birhan).
