Wegagen Bank S.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Branch Banking Auditor-I
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent with three (3) years of relevant experience.
Job Purpose
To support effective credit decision making in the Bank by ensuring true and fair valuation of property pledge for collateral and foreclosure governed by internal valuation guidelines.
Place of Work: Hawassa District Office
Position 2: Sr. District HR Business Partner
Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or related fields with four (4) years of relevant work experience.
To handle different HR activities for the district offices, branches under respective district domains, and retain highly competent and qualified individuals in line with the bank’s human capital strategy, policies and procedures.
Place of Work: Jimma District Office
