Currently the bank has devised a new strategic plan & subsequently reviewed its organizational structure. The Bank reaches out to almost all parts of the country through its service outlets, including branches and Forex offices, currently exceeding well over 400.
Thus, the Bank is looking for Fresh Graduatess with vibrant track records for the following vacant positions with attractive Salary and benefits package.
Wegagen Bank SC would like to invites competent, Qualified and interested candidates for the following positions.
Position 1: Graduate Trainee
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Marketing Management, Banking & Finance, Management and/or related fields.
Work experience is not required
CGPA 2.75 and above
Only 2024 & 2025 graduates can apply
Age < 25
Exit Exam result ≥ 50
COC (for Level IV) is mandatory
Job Purpose
•To support the Bank’s effective service delivery to customers and ensure customers are served with a due care and maximum efficiency.
