The Bank reaches out to almost all parts of the country through its service outlets, including branches and Forex offices, with 400 branches.
Wegagen Bank SC would like to invite qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following different vacant positions.
Position 1: Project Manager
Responsibilities:
To lead the smooth project completion by availing resources needed for the timely completion and as per the quality standards with the optimum cost.
Master/or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related fields with six(6)/Eight(8) years of relevant work experience; of which two years should be as Principal or senior officer or equivalents.

Workplace: Northern Regional Office
Position 2: Branch Manager III
Responsibilities:
To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.
Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting , Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four(4)/six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.

Grade: XVI
Workplace: Branches under Hawassa District (Adola, Yabelo and Areka Branches)
Position 3: Principal Employee Performance Management Officer
Responsibilities:
To ensure the envisioned strategic competitiveness of the Bank through developing & implementing an efficient and transparent employees’ performance management system across the bank; as well as developing competency framework for the Bank
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of six (6) years of relevant work experience.

Position 4: Senior Talent Acquisition and On boarding Officer
Responsibilities:
To identify, recruit, select, socialize and retain highly competent and qualified individuals in line with the bank’s human capital strategy, policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience.

Position 5: Senior Succession and Career Management Officer
Responsibilities:
To develop and implement succession planning programs and frameworks in alignment with HR strategy and business objectives of the bank.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience.

Position 6 : Senior Customer Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:
To maintain a strong and long-lasting relationship between the Bank and its corporate & business customers assigned to him/her, and contribute to increasing the size of the loan portfolio through credit marketing and meeting the service delivery quality standard in a cost effective way. The position is also responsible for ensuring loan quality through proper follow-up of individual customers
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or related field with four (4) years of relevant work experience. Required Number: 1
