Wegagen Bank S.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1 – Legal Officer-I
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Master/Bachelor Degree in Law or related fields with one year experience as Legal Officer-II or relevant experience
Job Purpose
•The job focuses on providing legal support through research, advice, and document preparation. Key responsibilities include training staff on legal matters, monitoring compliance with laws and policies, and keeping management informed about legal developments and their implications. Regular reporting on case statuses is also required.
Location: Head Office
Position 2- Senior Legal Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Master/Bachelor Degree in Law or related fields with one year experience as Legal Officer-I or relevant experience
Job Purpose

Position 3 – Branch Manager IV-IFB
Required Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics or equivalent with one year experience as Business Manager- III-IFB or Assistant Branch Manager-II-IFB/Customer Service Supervisor-II-IFB.
Location: Wegagen Amana Adama Branch
Position 4- Branch Manager IV
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics or equivalent with one year experience as Business Manager- III-IFB or Assistant Branch Manager-II-IFB/Customer Service Supervisor-II-IFB.
Job Purpose
To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.
Location: Under Jimma District
Position 5- Branch Manager III
Required Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related fields a minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with at least one year experience as Branch Manager -IV or equivalents
Job Purpose
To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.
