Position 1: Branch Manager IV

Job Requirement

• Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics or equivalent with one year experience as Branch Business Manager- III or relevant experience.

Place of  Work: Kebridehar Branch

 

Position 2: Branch Manager III

Job Requirement

• Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related fields a minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry with at least one year experience as Branch Manager -IV or relevant experience.

Place of  Work: Konso-Karat Branch

Position 3: Senior Construction Contract Administrator

Job Requirement

• Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent with one year experience as Construction Contract Administrator or relevant experience

Place of  Work: Head Office

 

Position 4: Graduate Trainee (IFB)

Job Requirement

• Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing and other Banking business related fields.
  • CGPA 2.75 and above
  • Only 2024 & 2025 graduates can apply
  • Age < 25
  • Exit exam result ≥ 50
  • Work experience is not required
  • COC(for level IV) is mandatory

Place of  Work: Under Mekelle District, Under Shire District , Adigrat Area Office & Maichew Area Office Branches

 

Position 5: Security and Lobby Attendant

Job Requirement

Job Purpose: To protect the bank’s assets and employees

Education Level and Work Experience: 10th grade completed, 4 years of work experience and military training

Level: III

Work Location: Addis Ababa Branches

Deadline: November 8, 2025
