Position 1: Receptionist
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Secretarial Science, or related fields a minimum of one years of experience in Front-Desk or Customer Service Roles.
📌 Job Purpose
Managing the daily attendance records of the gym members and staff and assist the supervisor in class scheduling and provide support to trainers and instructors to ensure smooth daily operations and a safe, organized fitness environment.
Location: Head Office
Position 2: Fitness Center Instructor (Contract)
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field a minimum four years of experience in Fitness Facility Management or Sports Administration.
📌 Job Purpose
To deliver safe, effective, and motivating fitness services within the Bank’s Gym and Aerobic Centre. The role also includes designing and conducting individualized and group exercise programs based on fitness assessments and supervisor guidance and provision of technique, coaching, and guidance for the safe use of equipment.
Location: Head Office
Position 3: Fitness Centre Supervisor (Contract)
🎓Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related fields a minimum five years of experience managing a Fitness or Wellness Facility.
Job Purpose
To provide effective leadership and supervision of all staff within the Bank’s Gym and Aerobic Centre to ensure the consistent delivery of safe, high-quality fitness and wellness services. The role also oversees staff performance, schedules, and daily operational activates of the center to maintain operational efficiency, service excellence, and a clean, well-functioning facility.
