Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer
To support the Branch’s effective service delivery to customers and ensure customers are served with a due care and maximum efficiency
Job Requirement:
Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting , Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with one year relevant work experience
Required Quantity: 10(ten)
Grade: IX
Workplace: Branches in Addis Ababa
Position: 2: Manager, Organizational Development & Change Management
To support the bank achieve organizational efficiency through initiating and implementing structural, process and job related changes in light of corporate strategic objectives
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience : Masters /Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration or related fields, with 6/8 years of experience of which 2 years should be at Principal or Sr. Officer.
Grade: XVI
Workplace: Head Office
