Position 1: Management Consultant
Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced and dynamic Management consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational advisory services to clients across diverse foundation. The candidate is expected to develop solutions that drive innovation and deliver significant improvements in operational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough business and market analysis to develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s organizational processes, structure, and business objectives.
- Develop and present tailored strategies and solutions to address foundational challenges.
- Work closely with the client to oversee the implementation of recommended changes and ensure they meet the desired objectives.
- Organize and manage project teams to ensure delivery of high-quality services and solutions.
- Analyze project performance data, prepare and deliver project progress reports and presentations.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
- Conduct comprehensive assessment of companies to identify areas that’s needs to be improved, capacity building &system development
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Management
- Proven 10 years and above experience in Management and system development.
- Proven organizational capacity building experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience leading a team.

Position 2: – Business Development Consultant and Trainer
Job Description
Wendem Kalid Megbare Senay Foundation is a non-profitable local NGO established four years ago to support homeless by providing shelter and food and work on training and long term employment development for such people by providing employability training and connecting them with various job opportunities with extensive holistic follow up and coaching. The foundation would like to hire for the following positions for 6 months
Job overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Consultant and Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, as well as experience in training and development.
The Business Development Consultant and Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies, as well as providing training and development to our team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business development principles, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
The Business Development Consultant and Trainer will also be responsible for managing our trainers relationships, and will be required to travel to meet with clients on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
