Position 1: Junior Accountant
Candidate Profile (What We Are Looking For):
We are looking for a Junior Accountant at the very start of their career – a fresh graduate or someone with up to a year of experience – who is accurate, honest, eager to learn, and ready to build a real accounting career under the guidance of our Accountant.
- Diploma or BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Fresh graduate, or up to about 1 year of experience – this is deliberately a junior post. If you have more than 3 years of experience, please see our Accountant vacancy instead.
- Careful and precise – you notice when a number or a name is slightly off.
- Honest and trustworthy with cash and confidential information.
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to Peachtree or QuickBooks is a plus, not a requirement.
- Eager to learn – detail matters to us, so read the application form instructions carefully.

Position 2: Administrative Assistant
Candidate Profile (What We Are Looking For):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting & Finance, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of admin, office, or front-desk experience (more is an advantage).
- Highly responsible, trustworthy, and punctual – you keep your word and your schedule.
- Result-oriented problem-solver who genuinely enjoys serving people.
- Professional phone manners; fluent Amharic and working English.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for reports and tracking.

Position 3: Accountant
Candidate Profile (What We Are Looking For)
We are looking for an Accountant who takes pride in doing the work personally – someone who enjoys the craft of clean books: accurate daily entries & data, correct coding, and internal and external filings and reports that are never late.
- BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Around 3 to 7 years of hands-on accounting experience – you have personally done daily entries, coding, payments, reconciliations, and tax filings, recently.
- Solid working proficiency in Peachtree (Sage 50) and QuickBooks.
- Practical knowledge of IFRS for SMEs and Ethiopian tax law: VAT, WHT, PAYE, pension, and advance profit tax.
- Good skills in Excel and Google Sheets; openness to using AI tools for analysis.
- High integrity, obsessive attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy – detail matters to us, so read the application form instructions carefully.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
