Position 1: – Recruitment and Staffing Officer
Duties and responsibilities:
- Screening Job applicants, Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements.
- Performance evaluation of existing and new employees frequently.
- Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
- Designing and directing training programs.

Required Qualifications:
Business management Degree
Work Experience: Maximum 3(three) years related experience
Experience in performance evaluation and proficient in computer operation, familiar with office software
Language Skills:- English, Affaann Oromo

Position 2: – Quality Assurance Director
Duties and responsibilities:
- Developing quality control processes.
- Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards.
- Supervising staff and monitoring production standards.
- Examining the quality of raw materials that are used in production.
- Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes.
- Evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality.
- Engaging with customers and gathering product feedback.
- Producing statistical reports on quality standards.
- Improving production efficiency and managing waste.
- Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product.

Required Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
Work Experience: Ten (10) years related working experience
Language skills:- Fluent in English

Position 3: Maintenance Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop maintenance procedure and ensure implementation.
- Carry out inspection of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Check electrical and mechanical systems to ensure functionality.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.

Required Qualifications:
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Degree
Work Experience: More than 5(five) years related experience
Language skills:- English, Affaann Oromo, Chinese

Position 4: Customs Clearance and Logistics Officer
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage customs and tax including documenting and invoicing in accordance with certifications and import/export regulations on a tactical and operational level.
- Draws up the customs documents, verifies the accuracy of declared shipments and monitors compliance with customs regulations.
- Perform and implement all customs activities such as following upcoming shipment, documents transactions and day-to-day related activities.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
Work Experience: Two years of related experience
Language skills:- Proficient English language
