Woda Vehicle Manufacturing plc is a foreign owned company established in Ethiopia in 2023 located in the Woda Industrial Park, Shager City Administration, Oromia state. Spanning an impressive area of 15000 square meters. Our mission is to be the number one electric vehicle manufacturing brand in Ethiopia.
Position: Receptionist
Qualification:
- Female candidates only
- Diploma or Degree in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Ability to multitask, take responsibility, and follow up on assigned duties
Responsibility:
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Receive, record, and distribute incoming documents and correspondence
- Assist with general administrative and office support tasks
- Coordinate day-to-day office and building-related matters
- Monitor cleanliness, utilities, and general condition of the office building
- Report maintenance issues, supplies needs, and building-related concerns to the supervisor
- Liaise with service providers, cleaners, or building management when required
Location: Addis Ababa
