Position 1: Assistant Storekeeper
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification.
Degree /diploma in Accounting, Business, supply chain and related field
Required Professional Experience
Minimum 1-2 years and above in a similar or related positions of food assistance projects
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Ability to perform field assignments and willingness to travel for long period of time in difficult terrain, harsh and demanding conditions.
Computer literacy is an added advantage.

Position 2: Store Keeper

Position 3: Accountability (M & E officer)
Required Professional Experience
3 – 5 Years of experience in food assistance / food programs, and development related fields.
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification.
BA or BSC in Rural Development, Development Studies, Agricultural Economics, Economics, Accounting, Management and related social fields of studies.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and working understanding on Emergency Food resource management.
- Experience and knowledge of USAID/BHA funded emergency food assistance projects, Red Cross code of Conduct, SPHERE Standard and HAP standard.
- Comprehensive experience on USAID/BHA funded food program interventions (knowledge of WFP & WV commodity management policy) is mandatory.
- Technical knowledge & skill advantageous particularly on LMMS, CCTS, JAM, CTP, environmental compliance, emergency safety & security.
- Good understanding of humanitarian standards
- Good knowledge of local context
- INGO experience
- Ability to work in high tension and high security risk situations.
- Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment.

Position 4: Commodity Accountant/Stock Controller
Required Professional Experience
Minimum of 2-year previous experience in a related position as Commodity Stock controller/accountant /Data clerk
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification.
BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management and any other related fields.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Ability to perform field assignments and willingness to travel for long period of time in difficult terrain, harsh and demanding conditions.
Computer literacy is an added advantage.

Position 5: Food Monitoring Officer
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification.
BA/BSc Degree in social science fields such as Development studies, Agriculture, Economics, Accounting and other related fields
Required Professional Experience
Experience: 2 – 3 years’ experiences on food assistance projects
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
Ability to perform field assignments and willingness to travel for long period of time in difficult terrain, harsh and demanding conditions.

Position 6: Food Distribution Supervisor
Require Education, training, license, registration, and certification.
BA/BSc Degree in Agric. Econ, Disaster Management, Rural Development, and Economics &Dev’s. Studies
Required Professional Experience
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in relief and/or any emergency response program interventions implementation.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
- Experience in integrated project design, implementation and monitoring.
- Familiarity with major donor programs- WFP and USAID.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skill including influencing and negotiation.
- Good level of computer literacy (word, excel, power point and outlook).

Position 7: Logistics Officer
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification.
BA/B.Sc. Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration Management and related fields. Master’s degree is an advantage.
Required Professional Experience
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in logistics/commodity/warehouse management. And Procurement, with regards to the designing, planning, implementation, supervising and reporting on integrated development, emergency and advocacy projects and at least 2 years’ experience in managing complex grants and programs/projects with significant experience in overseeing large multi-year program.
NGO experience is preferred.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Exposure to food aid programs in the country
- Experience in managing WFP/USAID funded food resources, Commodity management skills and trainings, logistics and financial management.
- Other team management exposure and basic computer knowledge (word, Excel, lotus note, outlook).
- NGO experience and excellent understanding of generally accepted commodity accounting and other NGO experience
- Ability to work in high tension and high security risk situations.
- Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment.

Position 8: Food Assistance Information & Reporting Officer
Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification.
MA/MSc or BA/BSc Degree in Food Science, Agric. Econ, Disaster Management, Rural Development and relates fields.
Required Professional Experience
3- 5 Years of experience in food aid / assistance program, disaster mitigation and development related fields with a minimum of 2 years’ experience on a food assistance / food aid information management and reporting coordination position.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and working understanding on Emergency Food resource management.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead the team with similar scope of work.
- Experience in food assistance programing, Grants/project management, Market assessment and Analysis, Cash transfer programing, performance management, project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing.
- Good understanding of humanitarian standards.
- Good knowledge of local context.
- INGO experience.
- Ability to work in high tension and high security risk situations.
- Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment.

Position 9: Biometertian
Qualification required: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
Degree /diploma in ICT with trained in digital technology such as GDT, LMMs etc.
Required Professional Experience:
Minimum 2 years and above in a similar or related positions.
Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications:
Digital registration, verification of beneficiaries
Strong MS office (Word, Excel, etc.) and the ability to use new technology, Knowledge of commodity management and documentation.
