World Vision Ethiopia would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: RISE PROJECT COORDINATOR
Required Education, training, license, registration, and/or Certification
• MSc. in Rural development, Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Business, Development Studies and related Field etc
Required Professional Experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical and project coordination and management roles within international development or humanitarian contexts.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multi national projects, particularly in contexts related to land restoration, rangeland management climate change adaptation, and community resilience in agrarian, nutrition and livelihood contexts of Ethiopia.
• Proven ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including governments, NGOs, communities, and research institutions.
• Experience in a project that combines technological innovations with strong, inclusive community engagement.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and cost analysis.
• Experience in evidence-based programming and a capacity to use data to guide interventions and adaptive management.
• Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities related to rural livelihoods and the natural resource base in the agrarian and pastoral contexts of Ethiopia.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of Ethiopian policies, strategies, and regulatory requirements related with re-greening, climate change initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Strong report writing, analytical, and presentation skills in English.

Position 2: DRIVER MECHANIC
Required Education, training, license, registration, and/or Certification
• 12th or 10+2, TVET Diploma , 3rd grade valid driving license
Required Professional Experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience related experinces preferably in INGOs
• Skill in routine vehicle maintenance and minor repairs.
• Able to carry out limited, un-supervised tasks
Required Language(s)
• Basic English spoken and writing and knowledge of local language is advantageous
Required travel and/or work environment accommodations
• Field based with frequent travel to project implementation KAs
