Yegna Microfinance Institution is a microfinance institution, which is engaged in development activities in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Yegna mainly provides credit services to micro and small enterprise operators or potential operators and, low income people who are capable to work in income-generating activities. Micro enterprises are important tools in poverty alleviation through employment creation and income generation for low-income groups with limited opportunities.

Yegna Microfinance would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.

Position 1: Junior System Administrator

Educational Background: BSc in computer science, Information system or related

Work Experience: 0 years experience graduated after 2022 & CGPA 3. 00 & above

Location:  Addis Ababa

Position 2: Junior Database Administrator

Educational Background: BSc Degree in computer Science,  Information system and related

Work Experience: 0 years experience graduated after 2022  & CGPA 3. 00 & above

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Customer Service Officer

Educational Background: BA/MA Degree Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics.

Work Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in banking or microfinance sector.

Position 4: Senior Share Administration Officer

Educational Background: BA/MA Degree Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics.

Work Experience: 4 years of relevant experience in banking out of which 2 years as a Senior Share Administration Officer.

Location:  Addis Ababa

Position 5: Cashier

Educational Background: BA/MA Degree Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics.

Work Experience: 3/2 years of relevant experience in banking or microfinance sector.

Position 6: Senior Business Analyst

Educational Background: BSc degree in computer Science, Information Technology, Information system, Computer Engineering or BA Accounting & finance ,Management or related

Work Experience: 5 years experience as IT Business Analyst or related experience in banking /microfinance sector

Position 7: Senior Network Administrator

Educational Background: BSc Degree in computer Science, Information Technology, Information system, Computer Engineering

Work Experience: 3 years relevant experience in banking /microfinance sector

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 8: Systems & Network Security Division Manager

Educational Background: BSc Degree in computer Science, Information Technology, Information system, Computer Engineering

Work Experience: 6 years of experience in relative fields, preferably in banking/microfinance  industry, of which  3 years as a Senior Position.

Location:  Addis Ababa

Position 9: Talent Acquisition & Management Division Manager

Educational Background: BA/MA Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Banking and Finance or related fields

Work Experience: 6/4 years of experience in relative fields, preferably in banking /microfinance industry, out of which  2 years as a Senior position.

Location:  Addis Ababa

Position 10: Senior HR Officer

Educational Background: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, HRM, MIS or related fields

Work Experience:3 years of relevant experience in banking or microfinance sector.

Location:  Addis Ababa

Position 11: Branch Manager

Educational Background: BA Degree Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, any other related fields

Work Experience: 4 years of relevant experience in banking out of which 2 years as an Assistant Branch Manager

Position 12: Resource Mobilization Division Manager

Educational Background: Masters or Bachelor Degree in Social Science , Business administration , Management, or related fields

Work Experience: 4/6 years of experience in relative fields, preferably in banking or microfinance industry& NGO out of which 2 years as a Senior /managerial role.

Position 13: Finance & Budget Division Manager

Educational Background: BA/MA Degree Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics.

Work Experience: 6/4 years banking work experience, out of which 2 years as a senior finance and accounts.

Position 14: CBS & Office Automation Division Manager

Educational Background: BSc Degree in computer Science, Information Technology, Information system, Computer Engineering

Work Experience: 6 years of experience in relative fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 3 years as a Senior Position.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 15: Talent Management & Development Department Manager

Educational Background: Masters/Bachelor Degree  in Management, HRM, Business Administration, Business management, any other related fields

Work Experience: 5/7 years relevant experience in HRM in banking /microfinance industry, out of which  3 years as a Senior/Managerial  HRM position.

Location: Addis Ababa
