Position: Sales Executive – Automotive (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Addis Ababa

Required Qualification and Experience:
Host & Content Creation Experience
- Experience in video hosting, live streaming, or presenting on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms.
- Previous experience in hosting or promotions is strongly preferred.
- Sales experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.
Social Media & Content Skills
- Demonstrated experience with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube.
- Video hosting, presentation, and camera confidence.
- Content creation and basic video editing using tools such as CapCut and Canva.
- Live streaming and online customer engagement.
Sales & Communication Skills
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer relationship management and negotiation ability.
- Confidence in presenting products to audiences both online and offline.
Computer Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Internet and email usage.
Automotive Knowledge
- Basic understanding of vehicle specifications and Electric Vehicles (EVs) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with vehicle financing and insurance processes is a plus.
Languages
- Amharic – Required
- English – Required
- Additional languages are an advantage.
