Yo Holding Trade & Manufacturing PLC would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following Positions.

Position 1: Chief Finance Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, revision and implementation of cost-effective financial management and accounting systems in accordance with accounting principles and business requirements.
  • Lead surveys to prepare recommendations for improvements, controls, new methods, and other changes to improve the efficiency of the financial management and accounting system.
  • Coordinate YO Holding annual budget preparation; monitor and report departmental budgeting discipline and performance to ensure achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Prepare annual financial plan of the Company indicating schedule of cash inflows and outflows and identifying the best way for financing projects and prepare long term financial forecasts in relation to developing future strategies for the Company.
  • Follow up compliance with tax and other regulatory and prudential requirements and guidelines and ensure timely and accurate payment of all tax and pension obligations to the concerned organizations.
  • Review transactions to ensure they are properly recorded, and books of accounts are balanced, and authorize records of transactions and the opening of general and subsidiary ledger accounts.
  • Lead and coordinate the preparation and dissemination of periodic financial statements and management accounting reports to reflect product, work unit and Company performance.
  • Negotiate with banks and investors to mobilize financial resources to provide sufficient funds to finance the Company’s operations and major projects.
  • Administer YO financial information system and ensure that charges and expenses incurred are allocated to proper accounts and projects.
  • Lead the development and implementation of appropriate and effective cost controlling and analysis procedures and performance analysis and reporting mechanisms for improved cost management and operational efficiency.

PERSONS SPECIFICATIONS

Education: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Business Administration or related field

Full professional qualification is desirable.

Work Experience:  For Master’s degree (8) years of experience of which two (2) years should be at managerial level or for Bachelor’s degree (10) years of experience of which four (4) years should be at managerial level.

Knowledge, Skills, Competence:

  • Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role
  • In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
  • CPA is a strong advantage

Position 2: General Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

To produce sustainable shareholder value by developing and implementing effective strategy for revenue growth, operational excellence and brand eminence and by building a strong executive leadership and organizational culture.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and cascade the Company’s business vision, strategy and business model.
  • Lead the implementation of strategy and monitor the performance of business and functional units.
  • Allocate financial, human and physical resources to business units, projects and functional departments according to their strategic priority, long-term value creation potential and importance to the Company.
  • Develop corporate wide policies and procedures and lead in their implementation and continuous review.
  • Develop and maintain key metrics and success measures, monitor and evaluate overall Company results, identify and mitigate strategic business risks.
  • Review past performance; lead the development and implementation of annual strategic goals, and business plan of the Company.
  • Develop corporate strategic plan and objectives and lead in their implementation.
  • Coordinate and supervise the various functional strategies (Operational, Marketing, HR, and Finance) and their implementation.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, regulatory bodies and represent the Company in all external relations and negotiate with third parties.
  • Cultivate conducive work environment and culture that celebrates success, promotes team work, customer service and innovation by developing and implementing a formal culture management program.
  • Based on performance and audit reports, take appropriate and timely actions to address performance gaps or operational problems.
  • Prepare and submit periodic Company performance report to the Board.
  • Oversee the budgeting, reporting and auditing processes and ensure compliance with Company Financial policies and procedures.
  • Authorize/approve various expenses within his/her limit of authority.
  • Authorize/approve opening and operation of bank accounts.
  • Ensure company business transactions, contracts, policies, and procedures are compliant with relevant laws and regulations of the Country.
  • Lead the design and implementation of programs aimed at developing strong leadership for the Company.
  • Evaluate the periodic performance of subordinates directly reporting.
  • Manage disciplinary concerns of the executive management team.

PERSONS SPECIFICATIONS:

Education: Master’s degree in chemical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance or related field

Full professional qualification is desirable.

Work Experience: (10) years of experience of which five (5) years should be at senior management level. Significant Director or Chief Executive management experience in a large Manufacturing, Mining or Multinational Company.

Knowledge, Skills, Competence:

  • Strategic and creative thinker who is a solution orientated problem solver with a proactive approach and proven initiative.
  • Honest, reliable, disciplined and self-motivated with excellent time management.
  • Meticulous in presentation of work with particular attention to detail.
  • Able to create effective processes to improve the delivery of work and efficiency of self and the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prepared to work as an integral part of a professional and dedicated team.

Position 3: Promotion & Branding Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive promotion and branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and visibility.

2. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and advertising teams to create compelling marketing campaigns that align with brand guidelines and objectives.

3. Manage promotional activities, including advertising campaigns, product launches, events, and sponsorships, to drive customer engagement and increase sales.

4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand growth.

5. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of promotion and branding initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools.

6. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, including print, digital, social media, and retail.

7. Work closely with sales teams to align promotion and branding activities with sales objectives and targets.

8. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to develop promotional materials, signage, and other brand collateral.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer insights to inform promotion and branding strategies.

10. Prepare regular reports on promotion and branding activities, including budget allocation, ROI analysis, and campaign performance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. With 8 years’ experience 3years in a managerial position

2. Proven experience in promotion, branding, or marketing roles.

3. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative promotion and branding strategies.

4. Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market research data and consumer insights.

6. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey brand messages to target audiences.

8. Knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and online advertising trends.

9. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Position 4: Key Account Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage a portfolio of key accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for all sales-related activities.

3. Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and needs to propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

4. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

6. Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

3. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

5. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

3. Analyze data using statistical techniques and qualitative methods to identify patterns, trends, and key insights.

4. Prepare comprehensive research reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing findings and recommendations.

5. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research objectives with business goals.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings in a clear and concise manner.

6. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.

7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.

9. Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

10. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
