Position 4: PLANNING, MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Qualification: MSC/BSC Degree In Engineering /MBA/BA Degree in Economics & Related Field
• Work Experience:
o 4/6 (Four/Six) years and above.
o Prepare detailed documentation of the annual plans that outlines goals, timeline responsibilities resource allocation and communicate the strategic plan across the company.
o Establish System for tracking progress against strategic goal, and provide regular updates to concerned bodies.

Position 5: PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Management Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, & Related Field
• Work Experience:
o 4/6 (Four/Six) years and above.
o Proven experience managing procurement for large construction projects (infrastructure, buildings, or industrial projects)
o Strong knowledge of construction materials, contracts, and supplier networks
o Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation and vendor management
o Experience with procurement software/ERP systems
o Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
