Position 1: Spare Part Sales Expert
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment or excavator spare parts sales.
- Good knowledge of excavator components and spare parts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
Job Summary:
The Spare Part Sales Expert is responsible for promoting and selling excavator and heavy equipment spare parts, expanding the customer base, building strong customer relationships, and delivering excellent after-sales service.
Position 2: Excavator Spare Parts Store Man
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment or excavator spare parts store management.
- Experience working with excavator brands such as CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Volvo, Hyundai, Doosan, Kobelco, SANY, or XCMG.
Required Skills:
- Good Knowledge of excavator and heavy equipment spare parts.
- Understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Ability to identify mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and undercarriage spare parts.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High integrity and professionalism.
Job Summary:
The Spare Parts Store Man is responsible for receiving, storing, controlling, and issuing spare parts for excavators and other heavy equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring parts are available when needed.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full-Time
