ZamZam Bank S.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Junior Full stack Developer
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 1 Years’ Experience; Knowledge in Java programing Language API development, Integration with third party system, Oracle database and other DBMS system and SQL query language.
Place of work: Head Office
Position 2: Junior System Administrator
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 1 Year Experience; Relevant professional qualifications and certifications on IBM power machines, Unix Operating Systems like AIX, Linux, WebLogic, virtualization ,etc.
Place of work: Head Office
Position 3: IT security Officer
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information System, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, Knowledge with networking concepts, protocols, and services, experience in setup, maintenance, and security of Windows/UNIX/Linux operating systems, backup technologies, encompassing substantial expertise and hands-on proficiency in various domains, including IT security tools, Database, Network and Server administration fundamentals.

Position 4: Banking Business Officer I
Minimum qualification and work experience: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields with 1 year of banking operation experience.

Problem Identification and solution
Language: Knowledge of local language is advantageous
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous

Position 5: Senior Banking Business Officer
You are required to meet the following:
BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields with 3 years of banking operation experience respectively of which 2 years as branch banking Officer.

Customer Experience
IFB product Knowledge
Problem Identification and solution
Language: Knowledge of local language is advantageous
Knowledge of IFB is advantageous
Place of work: Agena (Gurage Zone) & Harar
Position 6: Branch Manager
Minimum qualification and work experience: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields with 5 years of banking operation experience of which 2 years as senior officer/customer service manager or equivalent role in branch banking area.
Required competencies:
Branch management;
Build high performance team;
Commitment and time management;
Problem solving;
Coaching and mentoring;
Internal control;
Effective communication;
Sales and marketing skill; and
Negotiation skill.
Knowledge of core banking applications
Language: Knowledge of local language is advantageous

Position 7: Customer Service Manager
Minimum qualification and work experience: MA/BA degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related field with 4/6 years of banking operation experience of which 2 years as senior officer role in branch banking area.

Salary: As per the Bank’s scale and attractive benefit package.
Employment Type: Full time on the bank premises
