ZamZam Bank S.C would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Construction Project Coordinator
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction contract administration, quantity surveying, or construction project management.
- Experience with construction contract administration in Ethiopia, including contracts prepared based on government procurement guidelines, private sector building contracts, and employer-contractor agreements aligned with Ethiopian Civil Code and Proclamation is highly desirable.
- Experience in banking or commercial building projects is an added advantage.
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Strategy and Change Management officer
Minimum qualification and work experience:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 4 years of relevant experience of which 2 years as Change Management Officer
The jobholder is responsible for corporate transformation, business process improvement and change management at the Bank.
Place of work: Addis Ababa, H.O
Position 3: Treasury Management Officer II
Minimum qualification and work experience:
- BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 4 years of banking experience respectively of which 2 years as Junior/Officer in treasury management area.
Place of work: Head Office
Position 4: Senior Property Assessor
Minimum qualification and work experience:
- Master’s Degree/BSC Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction technology and Management, Building, Architectural, and related Engineering fields of study with 3/5 years of experience respectively of which 2 years as property valuation officer/property assessor.
Place of work: Head Office
Position 5: Senior Risk Management Officer
Minimum qualification and work experience: Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business related fields with 3/5 years of banking experience respectively of which 2 year as risk Management officer.
Place of work: Head Office
