Position 1: – Banking Business Officer II
Qualification and Experience: B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields
Work Experience:- Two (2) years of banking experience of which 1 year as Customer Service Officer I or equivalent Position.
Work Place: Addis Ababa,Assossa
Core competencies:
Sales and marketing;
Customer orientation; and
Industry & Product Knowledge.
Position 2: – Manager, Branch Coordination Office
Qualificatiom and Experience: Minimum qualification and work experience: Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business-related fields
Work Experience:
5/7 years of banking operation experience respectively of which 2 years as senior officer/Team leader branch banking areas.
Work Place: Dessie,Shashamanne
Generic Duties: –
Prepare regional work and budget plans and monitor their execution.
Identify human resources requirements of the region and recommend to Human Resources Department for recruitment.
Prepare and submit regional performance and other reports to relevant organs.
Coach and mentor employees within the coordinating office and branches under his/her supervision.
Lead, Support and monitor the resource mobilization activities of branches under the coordinating office.
Evaluate the periodic performance of branches under his/her supervision.
Enforce customer service quality standards and monitor their implementation.
Embody the banks good culture, corporate image and cultivate positive working environment.

Coordination & facilitation
Coaching and mentoring;
Problem solving;
Internal control;
Knowledge of core banking applications
