Position 1: Senior Officer, Mobile & Agent Banking
Job Description:
This position is responsible for leading the entire mobile and agent banking business in the forefront to enhance banking activities and reach more people through agents.
Required Technical Competency:

- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Requirements
Required Education:
Bachelor’s/ BSc. Degree in Information Technology, IT/Computer Science or Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Work Experience:
At least 4(four) years’ relevant experience with 2(two) years as Officer level I or equivalent

Position 2: Senior Officer, Planning and Performance Management
Job Description:
This position is responsible for participating in the development and implementation of a bank -wide performance measurement framework, to consolidate and report annual plans and budgets. to monitor and evaluate the financial and non-financial performance of the bank and its branches. produce and submit reports for management’s decisions.
Required Technical Competency:
- Collect and organise data for development of performance management strategy, policies, and procedures of the bank, and monitor their effective implementation in the division.
- Assist in the development of Plans and reports of the overall activities of the division.
- Participate in the periodic review and revision of the division’s policy, procedures and manual.
- Participate in the development of the strategic plan of the bank, organise the performance data on its implementation, undertake midterm review, and generate reports.

Position 3: Principal Officer, Transformational Projects
Job Description:
This position is responsible for coordinating and implementing extensive transformational projects in planning and execution skills in managing large and complex change and transformation initiatives across the bank to achieve bank-wide transformation project performance measurement framework and evaluate the financial and non-financial performance of the bank and its branches.
Required Technical Competency:
- Lead the development of strategy and performance policies, and procedures of the bank, ensuring their effective transformational project management in the division.
- Plan, organise, direct, coordinate and control the overall activities of the division.
- Promote a close working relationship with initiative/project owners that helps ensure leadership engagement on transformational project management.
- Ensure adherence to all compliance, Anti money laundering and sanctions related requirements contained in the Bank’s policies, procedures, and processes.
Competencies/Technical Skills:
- Plan and deliver projects systematically, on time and within budget, ensuring project outcomes are achieved and benefits realised.
- Manage multiple tasks, with competing priorities.
- Work to tight timelines in a fast-pace work environment.
Job Requirements
Required Education:
Bachelor’s/ BSc. degree in Human Resources Management, Change Management Leadership or another relevant subject or equivalent experience within the area of Expertise
Work Experience:
At least 5(five) years relevant experience with 1 years as Senior Officer as a Professional/Expert.

Position 4: Lead, Relationship Manager
Job Description:
This position is responsible for acquisition of new corporate banking clients and the expansion/retention of existing relationships, underwriting, negotiate and manage complex credit relationships; develop and execute relationship management plans for high value clients, this includes effectively collaborating with client support and product teams as well as senior management; act in compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable government banking regulations.
Required Technical Competency:
- Strong leadership and skills to foster teamwork; develop and motivate staff, resolve conflicts as well as ability to provide direction in order to achieve organizational objectives.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities, including the capacity to create idea papers, position papers, proposals, and other documents.
- Strong expertise in strategic management project planning and budgeting, resource management, implementation as well as monitoring and evaluation.
- Analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good customer relationship management skills (internal and external customers)
- Risk awareness and focus is also required.
Required Technical Competency:
- Sound knowledge of finance/investments and associated risks.
- Experience and knowledge of current financial services sector sales and marketing techniques to offer inspiring advice on tactical adjustments that will improve performance.
- Networking abilities to successfully build on connections that will improve attracting and retaining customers.
- Extensive banking background, including understanding credit, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Project management skills.
