Position 1: Officer Dispute Management – For Omni channel Dep’t
Job Description
This position is responsible for conducting and ensuring all aspects of dispute and conflict and escalating dispute resolution with clients and third parties to senior management to act and maintain good relationships with the bank stakeholders.
Required Technical Competency
● Handle customer disputes, perform the required investigation and respond to the customer on timely basis
● Escalate enquiries on cardholder disputes received whether by phone or in person
● Compile customer complaints and enquiries when escalated and channel feedback into process improvements.
● Conduct and compile bank reconciliation statements
● Escalate issues arising from transactions and operations.
● Ensure accurate and appropriate responses to disputes.
● Compile and escalate disputed transactions for possible fraudulent activity.

● Bank World /CR2/
● Sparrow
● Business Intelligence
Qualifications/Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or any other relevant field
At least 3 years’ relevant experience with 2 years as Officer level II/III or equivalent

Position 2: Officer, Reconciliation – For Omni Channel Dep’t
Job Description
This position is responsible for identifying discrepancies in accounts, correcting within 48 hrs. and escalating any exceptions.
Required Technical Competency
● Conduct daily reconciliation of ATM cash and card banking for all channels.
● Make on time reconciliation of International Cards (VISA & MasterCard)
● Make on time reconciliation of Local Cards
● Ensure commissions are collected and distributed to branches within 24 hours of receipt.
● Ensure amounts owed by other banks are settled on a bank-to-month basis.
● Ensure all reports are prepared as per the set schedule in a timely manner.
● Make the required entries and adjustments based on the reconciliation made
● Reconcile payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions
● Perform end-to-end analysis of reconciliation processes and controls and propose solutions for addressing gaps, from a reconciliation perspective.

Job Description
The incumbent is responsible to plan, direct and coordinate the functions of the Branch (Banking Center) he/she is assigned including;
- Ensuring achievement of the Bank’s strategy and the effective operation of the Banking Center;
- Manages the Branches financial Target including deposit mobilization, credit facilitation, FX generation;
- Also work to expand the customer base, champion digital banking and IB usage;
- Work to maximize customer satisfaction;
- Encourage creativity and innovation at the Branch level for Bank level impact;
- Work to create empowered and engaged workforce at a Branch;
- Others as detailed in the job description
Education:
BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant fields.
Work Experience:
At least eight (8) years of progressive relevant experience with a minimum of two (2) years as Branch Manager.
