If you share these values, this is the time to join the bank in its Young Graduate Trainee Program (YGT) for Customer Service Representative (CSR).
Purpose of the Program
We are now searching for enthusiastic CSR’s to join our various Department units. The major purpose of this function is to work in high-performing teams to make a difference and deliver excellent customer service. This role is responsible for delivering primary level information about the bank and its relevant units, keeping the office appearance and atmosphere, organizing departmental/branch records and correspondences with internal and external clients, and performing secretarial responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding and applying Zemen Bank standards, procedures, and methodologies to assignments
- Providing accurate and timely data on assigned tasks as needed, including optimal usage of appropriate knowledge sources
- Understand how to develop constructive working connections with coworkers;
- Maintain personal progress and knowledge in a specialized sector.
- Maintain strong work habits that contribute to the growth and profitability of the bank.
- Carry out additional activities as given
- Work independently and under pressure to fulfil deadlines
- A competent team player with a strong interest in the industry
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Personal motivation and drive demonstrated through dedication to hard effort, continual development, and goal attainment

- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be willing to work under supervision and learn new skills
- Focus on quality and risk
- Well-developed computer user skills
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital/Online Marketing, Customer Experience, Marketing, Management, SSOM and/or related fields
Experience: Entry Level (Fresh Graduate)
- Only graduates of the year 2023 are invited to apply

- Only applicants with CGPA 2.5 and above are invited to apply
- Applicants must have an exit examination result confirmation certificate on hand and must provide upon the bank request
