Zemen Bank SC would like to invite competent and qualified applicants to apply in the following position.

Position: Customer Service Representative I

Job Summary

The purpose of this job is to provide clients/ gusts with primary level information about the bank and respective units’ function; to maintain the office look and ambiance and ensure its convenience and attractiveness; to facilitate the works of the department to which she/ he is assigned by planning their office supplies requirement and availing stationery and related items; to perform secretarial duties; to organize the departmental records and correspondences with internal and external customers.

Required Educational Qualification:

B.A in Marketing Management, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, Administrative Service Management or in related business fields.

Only Graduate of 2021 and 2022 with CGPA 2.5 and above is advised to apply.

Only Female applicants are advised to apply.

Minimum Work Experience:

Not required (zero year).

  • Computer application Skill
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Data analysis and presentation Skill
  • Communication and Report Writing Skill etc
