Position 1: CHIEF AUTO MECHANIC
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Education: BSc degree in auto mechanics or a related field of study
• Work Experience: 4/5 years of experience
• Focus: Mechanical systems, people, workflow
Key Personality Trait
• Integrity + leadership (managing machines, tools and humans)
Additional qualities &abilities are required
• Plans, organizes, and can work on priority
• Knowledge of the Automotive maintenance operations
• The ability to analyze data and report submission
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer application skills
• Highly oriented in customer service
• Detail oriented and proactive
• Very high dedication and hard-working capacity
• Team spirit and the ability to work with team player skills
Salary: As per the company salary scale and benefits package.
Place of work: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Position 2: AUTO ELECTRICIAN
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Education: BSc degree in Automotive Electronics)
• Work Experience: 4/5 years of experience
• Focus: Electronics, networks, voltage, diagnosis
Key Personality Trait
• Patience + precision +detail oriented
Additional qualities &abilities are required
• Plans, organizes, and can work on priority
• Knowledge of the Automotive maintenance operations
• The ability to analyze data and report submission
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer application skills
• Highly oriented in customer service
• Detail oriented and proactive
• Very high dedication and hard-working capacity
• Team spirit and the ability to work with team player skills
