Position 1: MAINTENANCE PLANNING & CONTROL EXPERT
JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum Job Requirements
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in: Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering / Or related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in: Maintenance planning, Industrial maintenance, Manufacturing or plant operations
Required Skills: Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of: Preventive and predictive maintenance systems. Equipment maintenance practices
• Experience with: ERP / CMMS systems. Maintenance planning tools
Analytical Skills:
• Strong ability to analyze: Equipment performance data. Failure trends
• Problem-solving and root cause analysis capability.
Behavioral Competencies:
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Effective communication and coordination ability
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
Working Relationships:
• Internal: Production Department. Warehouse & Procurement. Quality Assurance. Technical & Engineering Teams
• External: Equipment suppliers. Service contractors
Authority & Decision-Making:
• Authority to: Schedule and prioritize maintenance activities. Recommend spare parts procurement.
• Participate in decisions related to: Equipment maintenance strategies. Resource allocation.
Work Environment:
• Combination of: Office-based planning. Shop-floor supervision
May require: Immediate response during equipment breakdowns. Extended hours in critical situations
Salary: As per the company scale
Terms of employment: Indefinite Period
Duty station: Addis Ababa, IT Park, where the factory is located.
Position 2: CANTEEN HEAD
JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Good leadership and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily canteen operations and meal services
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Control inventory, costs, and minimize waste
• Supervise canteen staff and coordinate schedules
• Handle supplier coordination and procurement
• Ensure employee satisfaction and address feedback
Required Skills:
• Team management
• Cost control and budgeting
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: As per the company scale
Terms of employment: Indefinite Period
Duty station: Addis Ababa, IT Park, where the factory is located.
