Position: Junior IT Support
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Not Required/fresh graduates with strong practical skills are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, hardware, networking, SQL/databases, and programming.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ERP is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop across different areas of IT.
JOB PURPOSE
Provide day-to-day IT technical support to users and assist in application development, Microsoft Dynamics NAV support, system administration, and maintenance of the Group’s IT systems and services. The position supports the development, testing, modification, implementation, and maintenance of internal applications and integrations while providing first-line technical support to end users across the Group.
Salary: As per the company scale (Attractive)
Place of work: Addis Ababa-Kazanchis
