Position: HR Officer- Intern
Qualification:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
Certifications: HR certification is advantageous.
Place of Work:- Addis Ababa
Type of employment: six Months (possibility of extension )
Salary:- 53000

Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient in HR management systems (HRIS), ERP and Microsoft Office Suite.
The Human Resource Officer-Intern is responsible for managing and coordinating recruitment and employee relations functions to support the organization’s workforce needs and foster a positive and productive workplace environment. This role involves leading the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and addressing employee relations issues to maintain strong engagement and morale.
