We are seeking motivated graduates and early-career professionals with strong analytical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a keen eye for visualization and design to join our 3-month Internship Program. This program provides hands-on experience in consulting and advisory work, exposure to high-impact projects, and professional mentorship.
ACE Investment & Impact Advisors would like to invites competent and interested candidates for the following position.
Position 1: Intern Data Analyst
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher with CGPA 3.0+ in the fields of Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
0–1 year of work experience in a relevant field, including internships or project-based work.
Keen eye for visualization and design, with the ability to create compelling, well-structured visuals, layouts, and graphics from data dashboards to full design assets that effectively communicate ideas and insights.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharic and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and proficiency in other analytical tools will be an advantage
Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities through professional or extracurricular activities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
Comfort with ambiguous and changing situations

Willingness and aspiration for continuous learning and development
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Junior Analyst Position
Requirements
