Position 1: IT Business Analyst
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Degree in Science/computer science/Engineering/Business related.
At least 2 years of broad technical background inclusive of databases, applications, Infrastructure, cloud, development, enterprise architecture, solutions architecture and system design experience
Professional Experience in Business Analysis (CBAP, IIBA) as well as software development lifecycle is preferred, in agile (SAFe, Scrum) and waterfall methodologies.
A methodical approach with proven experience designing and delivering complex technical roadmaps
Understanding of working with 3rd party suppliers
Strong business acumen and mindset
Ability to persuade stakeholders and to champion effective techniques through delivery
Ability to drive initiatives without any formal authority in an ambiguous environment
Ability to guide/teach others in architecture principles
Working knowledge of all domains in telecoms including VAS, Charging, CRM and Digital Services

Position 2: IT Solutions Architect
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Degree in Science/computer science/Engineering/Business related is preferred.
At least 2 years of broad technical background inclusive of databases, applications, Infrastructure, cloud, development , enterprise architecture, solutions architecture and system design experience
Experience as a developer, systems engineer or delivery lead is preferred
A methodical approach with proven experience designing and delivering complex technical roadmaps
Strong business acumen and mindset
Ability to persuade stakeholders and to champion effective techniques through delivery
Ability to drive initiatives without any formal authority in an ambiguous environment
Ability to guide/teach others in architecture principles
Working knowledge of all Technical domains in telecoms including VAS, Charging, CRM

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
A degree in Property & Facilities management or business-oriented field.
Have over 6 years post-graduation work with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
Experience in vendor management, invoice processing, and payment coordination.
Ability to effectively coordinate multiple vendors and manage service level agreements.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards related to facility operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with facility management systems or ERP tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Customer service oriented with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork and service excellence.

Position 4: Senior Manager: MPESA Finance

Education & Experience:
Business/IT related degree from a recognized university.
Qualified Accountant with CPA (K)/ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
5 – 8 years post qualification experience in financial services with specialization an area of mobile money.
A strategic thinker, innovative, shaping processes, people, and systems.
Innovative person proven in simplification, digitalization and automation of process & tas.

Position 5: Executive Head of Department – Financial Business Partnering – Commercial (Internal /External)
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Relevant Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance.
Preferably, at least 8 years of experience with, and deep knowledge of commercial underpinning the telecoms or similar sector.
10 years of broad, progressive experience in all facets of Finance i.e. Management Accounting, Forecasting and Planning, Financial Accounting, and Finance Operations.
Excellent commercial acumen and experience.

Position 6: Specialist Customer Value Management (CVM) Development and Operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in data development, ETL workflows, or campaign platform operations.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or equivalent container orchestration systems.
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD, FluxCD), Git-based workflows, and automation scripts.
Strong knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, with ability to write and debug complex queries and stored procedures.
Hands-on experience with Linux server administration and shell scripting for job automation and monitoring.
Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deployment on virtualized or hybrid environments.
Experience in monitoring tools, log analysis, and root cause analysis for system incidents.
Understanding of customer lifecycle platforms, CVM campaign orchestration, and telecom marketing flows is a plus.
Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Ansible) is highly desirable.
Coding experience using Java/python/R/SQL/ PLSQL
Experience in collecting, storing, processing and analysing large volumes of data.
Proficient understanding of databases at the logical, physical, and conceptual levels.
Understanding of big data technologies.

Position 7: Specialist: Business Intelligence Development and Operations
Qualifications
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or relevant field
Background in data warehouse design (e.g., dimensional modelling)
In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework.
Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI)
Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude.

Position 8: Senior Accountant -Credit Controller (Internal / External)
Education & Experience:
Accounting or related Finance bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. ACCA will be an added advantage.
3-4 years’ experience in a Credit Control administrative and/ or account management role in debt management experience in a well-run company working with multiple business partners
Proven experience & good understanding of debt acquisition and management and also Experience in building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, customer loyalty, or CRM, preferably within the telecommunications or service industry.
Proven track record of leading large-scale digital loyalty programs, from concept to execution.
Experience in leveraging data analytics to design and optimize customer loyalty strategies.
Strong understanding of Loyalty programs on mobile app and digital platform ecosystems and user engagement strategies.

Foundational knowledge and /or experience in Change management, people organization plans
Exposure to coaching leaders for behaviour change
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Degree in Business Management or related field
