Position: Junior Analyst
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience. Exposure in research, recruitment, HR, or related fields is a plus
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on tight timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with data systems.
- Demonstrated interest in recruitment, HR, or consulting is an advantage.
The Junior Analyst will play a critical role in supporting AJN’s executive search and recruitment operations. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to build a strong foundation in research, candidate engagement, and project delivery within the talent solutions industry. Working closely with senior consultants, the Junior Analyst will contribute to market mapping, candidate sourcing, and project execution while gaining exposure to diverse industries, leadership roles, and international clients.
