The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales while providing exceptional service throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.

Position: Sales Representative
Qualifications:
- Educational background: Any Degree
- Working experience: minimum of 1 year experience in Real estate
- Basic knowledge: Communication Skills, Sales & Marketing Skills, Negotiation & Closing, Market Knowledge, Networking & Relationship Building, Problem-Solving, Organization & Time Management, Digital & Tech Skills ,Financial & Analytical Skills, Emotional Intelligence
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to understand property trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Present and promote properties through meetings, presentations, and digital platforms.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to secure successful transactions for both buyers and sellers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely closing of deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions.
- Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and new property developments.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and referrals.
